Biggie Group appoints Olivier Pradal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer

Biggie Group, a new communication consulting group, confirms its ambitions for accelerated growth with the designation of Olivier Pradal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Olivier Pradal will be in charge of:

  • Accelerating the group's growth, particularly internationally, by integrating the group's future acquisitions around a global model.
  • Developing a culture that fosters individual responsibility, creativity, and collective performance.
  • Sharing the expertise of AI users within the group.
  • Building an inclusive and respectful organization for the benefit of all employees.
  • Promoting innovative models of collaboration.
  • Strengthening the CSR commitments made by the company and its subsidiaries.

"We are delighted to welcome Olivier to lead these ambitious goals. The growth and internationalization of Biggie Group profoundly transform our organizations, and we need experts like Olivier to accompany us during this new cycle. We need to absorb, transform, federate, and affiliate in a short time frame, just as we are experiencing significant activity growth in our subsidiaries," says Olivier Goulon, co-founder and CEO of Biggie Group.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Olivier Pradal began his career as a consultant before joining Leonard's Logic and its product Genio in 1995 to internationalize the French startup. He then successively held HR Director roles for Canadian software publishers in Europe (Hummingbird, OpenText), where he reorganized all subsidiaries resulting from various acquisitions. He also actively participated in developing ESI group, a software publisher specializing in materials physics, as Group HR Director in 2009, splitting his time between US, Indian, and Japanese subsidiaries.

After a brief stint at Software Ag in France, he joined Infovista in 2018, where, as CHRO, he participated in transforming the group owned by the investment fund Apax, including integrating the US publisher Empirix.

"At Biggie Group, I am joining a team of experienced and passionate leaders who share the same values as mine to create a unique model communication group. We have the support of the HLD investment fund to grow quickly and profitably. It's a magnificent combination of talents that demands a great capacity for execution, and it's a privileged moment we are living," comments Olivier Pradal.
